Thanks so much for the advice - hadn't thought of that! Now the seat is out of the box, found it in perfect condition and assembled it as well (really easy). And I have one really happy boyfriend. He has been sitting on it for the past hour playing his guitars and thinks its really comfortable and great. My husband, Jonathan, was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with his SoundSeat - he did not know that anyone even made such a thing and he has been practising his guitar much more often since he got it as it really helps him to play. He was actually getting backache before. He is THRILLED.

The chair arrived today, and the courier was sensible enough to leave it with a neighbour so I didn’t have to trail to the depot to collect (which I do for most deliveries!). Very easy to assemble, and all seems fine. There is a slight depression in the upholstery of the seat back, but I think that’s just from pressing against other components in the box, and will flatten out in time. Overall – delighted with the service and the product, so far.

Unfortunately
I have had another bout of DVT which has laid me low for a few days. It
hasn' t made me a better guitar player, but it will allow me to sit in
extreme comfort while I battle with the guitar, I have never been able
to sit for such extended periods. The guitar footplate is brilliant and
I really appreciate you guys sorting that out for me. Take

I've
received the seat yesterday and it was easy to assemble. The
seat is just great: it corresponds exactly to what I wished. The range
of height adjustment of both the seat and the foot rest are suitable.
It is confortable and the back rest provides even more comfort. I
installed te casters and I'm perfectly happy.
If
I have one slight remark concerning ergonomics, it would be that in
certain playing positions, namely when the guitar rests on my left
thigh (which I like to use for electric) my left elbow bumps a bit into
the back rest (I play right-handed, of course). This could be avoided
by a slightly narrower back rest (or maybe by the smaller model). But I
think it's just because I haven't had time to adjust yet. It's really a
very minor issue. Overall the seat is wonderful! We now stock the standard smaller back.

my SoundSeat arrived safe and sound as for performing to my
satisfaction I couldn't be happier. It took a little getting
used
to especially when using it with the arms for working at my PC
or
mixing console, but it is great.

SoundSeat arrived safely and I am delighted with it, little
did I realise how important correct posture was when playing,
particularly as I always used to finish a session with increased lower
back pain. Thats now a thing of the past, and I can concentrate on my
banjo playing. For me the SoundSeat has been a sound
investment, it's not
cheap (my experience tells me the
best never is), it's built to
last, robust, comfortable and it's not made in
****** China. Great product and service-thank

This
morning, Wednesday, 11 o'clock the doorbell rang. I couldn't believe my
eyes: the SoundSeat had arrived! Within 3 days as I ordered on
sunday!!!!!!! It took me about 5 to 10 minutes to read the
instructions and assemble the seat. I'm sitting on it now, as it stands
between the computer and my harp.
It
feels fantastic, perfect support for my lower back! I
love it. Beautiful colour ( honey, my harp is one shade
lighter), a perfect match!!! Thank you so much for your
patience, your very good service, and your excellent
advice. I will recommend you to anyone who needs a
good chair!
This

Hey there Jep. I'm afraid I can't remember who Lorna dealt with so hope I have those names correct. She is on holidays herself in Sri Lanka so I'm sending a review for you guys to use as you wish, sorry I haven't done it sooner but I'm not too inclined to get off the seat ha ha. Anyway, thanks for the great service, the seat is brilliant. I'm messing around with guitars on/off for a few years but initially didn't learn the basics as such. Was usually playing metal etc so such things as strum patterns were alien to me. Have spent a lot of time the last few months trying and practicing but really getting no where. Funnily enough since I got the chair my strumming has come on an awful lot which I would put down to the comfort of the chair. I'm 6'2" so obviously sitting (almost always practice while sitting) on a cramped office chair wasn't helping me at all. As it was, my 2 days initial use of the chair caused me some muscular pains in my arms (which were obviously down to the proper muscles actually being used). My strumming is coming on great now. Great product, thanks for everything and the best of luck to you guys in the future. Dave
